We only want satisfied customers, so we make it easy for you to close your account online. However, if you have a problem with our service, please consider contacting us with your complaint before closing your account. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

NOTE:  THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR CLIENTS ON OUR LEGACY SERVERS.  IF YOU ARE ON THE NEW SERVERS (YOUR DNS POINTS TO NS.AGOODWEBHOST.COM) THEN YOU NEED TO LOG INTO OUR CLIENT AREA, LIST HOSTING ACCOUNTS, VIEW DETAILS, AND CANCEL FROM THERE.  IF YOU USE THIS FORM AND YOU ARE ON THE NEW SERVER, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE CANCELED.

To cancel your hosting account, please fill out the form below completely.  You will receive a confirmation number and a receipt to print for your records.  Your cancellation date will coincide with our next universal billing date of the 14th of each month, unless you note otherwise in the comments section.  We do not refund partial months.  Only the account holder may request cancellation.
